• Instant EFT (via PayFast)

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include shipping unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Partners

We partner with Bobgo Delivery Services for all shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery address and order weight.

4.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Major centers: 2-5 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days
• Remote areas: 10-15 business days

4.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold.

4.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags and original receipt.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom items
• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Sale or clearance items

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Metra Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Errors or omissions in content
• Defamation or offensive conduct of users

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
