Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your profile page under "Order History". Our shipping partner Bobgo provides real-time tracking updates.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We partner with Bobgo Delivery Services. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold.
Delivery times vary by location: Major centers (2-5 business days), Regional areas (5-10 business days), Remote areas (10-15 business days).
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags and original receipt. See our Returns Policy page for full details.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
